On Wednesday 24 January, over 200 people joined the Blue Haven Youth Summer Sessions for four hours of free, school holiday fun. The event featured The Y NSW, Links Youth Support, Oasis, The Skill Engineer, and headspace, alongside Slam Factory, NRL Development Squad, Roundabout Circus, and The Crud Muffins.
NRL ran a skills workshop for 68 young people, supported by 9 youth volunteers, with special guests Isabelle Kelly and Jocelyn Kelleher hosting a Q&A. Slam Factory led skate and scooter sessions for 53 participants, while Snap & Sip mocktails, a BBQ by Northlakes Leo Club, and creative workshops kept the vibes high. With 30 kids from Blue Haven OOSH attending, the day was a hit—leaving everyone keen for more!
